Vacancy Specialists are needed all over the United States of America. You will have the ability to work either Full or Part Time! Full time employees work from 12pm to 7:30pm Monday thru Friday (Saturday is not required for full time employees). Part Time employees may choose to work either 12pm to 3pm or 3pm to 7:30pm, and are encouraged to work Saturday.
Full time employees earn $170 per day flat. *Minimum of 4 working days required per week.
Application Bonus of $10 per completed application for homes you show while you are on duty.
Part time employees earn $125 per day flat. *Minimum of 5 working days required per week. 2 weekend days per month required. Application Bonus of $15 per completed application for homes you show while you are on duty.
REQUIREMENTS
Each day you will be stationed at one of our partnered property owners homes. All homes are furnished. Some contain tv which you may use during down time. Your job is to stay on site your entire required time, to show the home and accept applications. Applications are free to applicants.
You will be stationed to a home until it is rented and off the market. Not until then will you move to a new rental home.
You will be provided a mobile netbook, hotspot and cell phone, which you will be responsible for. You will be able to schedule appointments to show the home. You will be responsible for communicating with the owner and interested applicants.
Ultimately you may choose the home(s) you want to show.
Homes are usually on the market no more than 1 week. Some have taken as much as 2 weeks to become rented.
You are not to leave the home during your scheduled stationed time unless arranged with an immediate supervisor and a "cover person" has arrived to relieve you.
Pay is weekly on Friday. Payment options are either by direct deposit, picking up your check at main offices between 7am - 11am, having your pay delivered by courier to you at your stationed location, or mailed to your home.
